Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit her gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
